Controller and contact details
The controller of data submitted through this website is GIB Media S.R.L., tax ID 26691821, Trade Register J05/394/2010, Str. Seleusului, Nr. 26, Oradea, Bihor, Romania, 410561. For questions or requests about personal data, use the email below or call +40 752 173 630.
Data we process
Forms collect your name, email and message, along with company and phone details if you choose to provide them. Quote requests include the selected service, indicative budget and timeline. To prevent abuse, the application temporarily uses an identifier derived from the IP address and request timestamps. Hosting may record technical access data needed for operation and security.
Purposes and legal bases
We use data to respond to your enquiry and conduct pre-contractual discussions you request under GDPR Article 6(1)(b), where applicable. B2B communication and website security rely on legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f). Optional Google Maps content is enabled with your consent under Article 6(1)(a). Form submissions do not enrol you in marketing campaigns or lead to solely automated decisions with legal effects.
Who may receive data
Messages are accessible to authorized people within the company and technical providers involved in hosting and email as necessary to provide the service. Data may be disclosed to authorities where legally required. We do not sell data. If you enable Google Maps, your browser communicates directly with Google; that provider’s policy also applies, including information about processing and international transfers.
Google Analytics: traffic measurement
Only after accepting optional cookies do we enable Google Analytics 4, provided by Google, to understand visits and website usage. Google may receive page addresses, browser and interaction data and use _ga and _ga_* cookies to identify visits and sessions. We do not send form fields as Analytics parameters. Withdrawing consent also stops Analytics and attempts to delete these cookies on our domain. Retention periods depend on the Google Analytics property configuration and Google policy.
Optional advertising measurement
Only after accepting optional cookies, including marketing, Meta Platforms Ireland and Google Ireland may receive information about page visits and successful quote requests: a random event identifier, page address, advertising identifiers and technical data such as IP address and browser. The purposes are campaign measurement and ad personalization, based on consent under GDPR Article 6(1)(a). Our code does not send form fields, email, phone or message text as conversion parameters and does not enable enhanced conversions. Refusing does not prevent form submission. Providers may process data outside the EEA under their own policies and safeguards; see the links below for retention periods and details.
Retention
Enquiries are retained as needed to manage the conversation and prepare a collaboration. The need to retain enquiries that do not lead to a contract is reviewed no later than 12 months after the last interaction. If a collaboration starts, relevant documents are retained according to contractual and legal obligations and the need to defend rights. Technical abuse-limiting identifiers are temporary; expired entries are automatically cleaned during subsequent requests.
Your rights
Subject to GDPR conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can withdraw permission for optional content through Cookie preferences without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may complain to ANSPDCP, the Romanian supervisory authority. Contact us using the details below; proportionate information may be requested to verify identity.
